For those who wonder why the name of CheTica Ranch, O.K. here we go:
"Che" is used by Argentines as a friendly greeting like American use: What's up "MAN" or "BUDDY" or "BUD" or "BRO"
"Tica" is a term used to name Costarricans by all Cental Americans, because they are known to talk with lots of diminutives and by adding this ending to their words is precisely the way costarricans are called. And being that Lorena is female, "TICA" is related to her.

On occasion, visitors to Costa Rica for these surgical procedures feel some anxieties or stress - natural feelings for recovering patients.
