CheTica's Payment Policy:

  • Full payment upon arrival
  • Payment by cashier's check (made out to Ruben D. Martin) or cash. Visa Cards accepted for payment plus 3% bank's surcharge added to the total.
  • Early departure, other than by Doctor's orders, complete amount charged for original reservation duration.
  • Prices and terms subject to change

Our Prices Include Lodging and Meals:

1 Patient:

$85.00/day + tax
2 patients: $160.00/day sharing the same cottage + tax
1 patient + 1 non-patient: $150.00/day, sharing the same cottage + tax
Extra non-surgical guests to a patient at $60.00/day including all meals.

Extra trips other than your main doctor, like dental appointments, beauty salons,
shopping malls or tours, will be charged $15.00 separately each time.

Description of Taxes: 13% Sales Tax and 3% Tourism Tax

  • Every single cottage has it's own Cable TV + DVD, Hot Water Shower and Music System Radio & Player
  • Coffee Maker
  • Microwave
  • Refrigerator
  • 3 daily meals plus tropical fruits and juices
  • Mid-afternoon tea and cookies
  • Attentive,competente and Special Post/operative care
  • Local transportation to and from primary care Doctor's office and Clinic for patients
  • Transfer to/from airport, FREE from 6 am to 8 pm arrivals and departures
  • Internet and International phone call FREE
  • Laundry service twice a week FREE
  • Garments and Bandages as needed
