Please keep in consideration that, when you come to Che Tica Ranch, you’ll find yourself in a true ranch surrounded by forest and rivers, in 80 acres, piece of Paradise!!

You will not be confined to a room in a big house and you are not going to be breathing contaminated city air.

Your recovery will be as important as your surgery and we, at Che Tica have a Commitment to Excellence, added to our pride on the business for over 14 years to guarantee a perfect harmony between, nature, your recovery and our service, while spending your days with us!!!!

Our prices include: airport transfers, transportation to doctor appointments, lodging and meals.

All of our themed fully furnished cottages are large enough and different from each other and yet, we do not call them, de-luxe rooms or mini-suites or penthouse suites, just to get more money from you, our single flat rate of $95.00/day + 13% tax, is exactly the same price for any of our cottages!!! We do not have "talking walls" either, like rooms in a big house, your cottage is totally private and independent of each other and if you wish to share the company of other guests, you are welcome to come into our "Buena Vista Social Club" and enjoy, lunches, dinners, afternoon tea or just plain good times, reading, listening to your favorite music, watching a movie, playing a "big star singer" with our Karaoke or an interesting conversation!! For your convenience, we have now opened a gift shop with unique art work and crafts from local artists and a full gym is in construction with an all enclosed glass walls overlooking at the forest with the latest equipment!!

• Every single cottage has it's own Cable TV / DVD, with over 65 channels, including CNN, HBO, ESPN, Sony, CBS and many more.
• Hot Water Shower  and your private bathroom

  Towels are for “Body Use”  ONLY  !!! Call for assistance when you need to clean floors, table or any mess, stained towels will be charged $10.00 each !!

We do not mix strangers in the same cottage. Patients sharing a cottage will be by request only, family members, or friends wanting to room together and so on.
This price is the same with everyone of our cottages, it's your choice and if available, we'll book it for you! 

CheTica's Payment Policy:

• Due to the fact that we are the ONLY Recovery Center offering FREE transportation to ALL of your MAIN Doctor/Hospital/surgery appointments, full electric Advance Hill-Rom hospital beds, fully furnished cottages, NO CHARGE for the night spent at the Clinic/Hospital, for stays over 14 days.

Chetica Medical Ranch is a family owned and operated business.  Thus stated, we maintain the right to ask guests to use discretion and show respect to one another as well as to the owner/employees.

We promise to maintain an atmosphere of mutual respect and tender assistance to your needs.  However, if guests are found to be engaging in questionable behavior, but not limited to these only, we will first ask the guest to refrain from such activity.  If this doesn’t cause an immediate positive response, we will be forced to ask the guest to leave the premises.   These behaviors include, but are not limited to the following:

a. Foul language;
b. Indecent exposure;
c. Use of illegal drugs;
d. Excessive use of alcohol;
e. Making advances toward other guests or staff.

Guests will not be refunded payment for the remaining days when enforcing the above policy or if a guest determines to leave on his/her own accord for any other reason.
